People's Path City Grant Submitted on June 1, 2009

WOW submitted a grant request for the People's Path, which will span the entire Wai`anae Coast of O`ahu from Nanakuli to Makaha. It will connect the state’s planned bike path ending at Lualualei Naval Road to the rest of the coastline, making use of city and state lands and integrating with existing public services infrastructure where possible. This project’s objective is to produce a multi-use, recreational path that is a 90% Type I Bike path with a width of 10 feet and will utilize low-maintenance stratum such as concrete.
The request comprised the following documents:
